Simple changes to everyday actions can have a positive effect on the future of our planet.
All Level 3 students were encouraged to submit artwork that illustrated ways that we can sustain the planet by minimising the use of resources. Following class discussion around the environmental theme of ‘Being resourceful’, students were asked to present their thoughts and ideas with a catchy slogan.
Illustrations selected as winners in the competition form EPA’s calendar – a valuable tool in communicating environmental messages in schools, homes and workplaces.
Congratulations to our Level 3 students for making the FIRST ROUND of selections being submitted to the EPA 2010 Calendar Competition.
BIG Congratulations to Nick and Cassie being selected, by EPA Officials, out of 5,700 Victorian Primary and Yr 7 and 8 entrants! These lucky children, along with 180 other entrants, have the chance to be selected for one of 14 pages of the 2010 EPA calendar.
