The Principal, staff and parents are united in their vision for Mullum Primary School.

 ·        The students are the central concern and focus of the school.

·        All students are encouraged to reach their full potential through the provision of a challenging and inclusive curriculum where learning is valued and individual differences are taken into account.

·        Welfare policies that are both caring and supportive promote a happy, safe and relaxed environment for students, staff and parents.

·        Learning and teaching strategies are constantly evaluated to provide productive learning for all students.

·        Student discipline, self worth, respect for peer and adult rights and an increasing sense of competence, integrity and responsibility are promoted.

·        Parents are welcomed into the school as partners in the learning process. The staff and parent groups are involved together in decision making, policy development and the implementation of the daily activities of the school; including fund raising and the development of facilities and resources.
